The Start

The build is on, the Italeri F6F kit released by Revell of Germany as a F6F-5. Basically accurate in shape with a few small detail errors and the option (a rarity in 1/72) of dropped flaps. While not an ideal beginner kit, it is an excellent choice as a bridge to more complex models.
